The seminar continued. Lecturer had 3d-printed the head of mr. Putin during the night. This day was almost totally dedicated to making a cnc-mill. We went through the frame structure and software side today and milled some objects with two different diy-mills. Learned a lot. The parts to control a 3d-printer or a cnc-mill cost less than 50 bucks from ebay. Completed units cost anything above 1000 dollars. DIY recommended. Lasers are more expensive because of the glass components needed. Expect around 600 dollar cost.
