200g coconut cream (500kcal),
1 banana (100kcal),
45g blueberries (22.5 kcal),
2g unpeeled sesame seeds (12kcal),
100g orange juice (42kcal),
10g of oil mix (90kcal),
50g whey-100 (181kcal),
50g maltodextrin (190kcal),
25g palatinose (100kcal),
= 1237.5 kcal and tastes awesome!
